  • How do I sign up?

    Sign up is easy! All you need to do is submit your contact details and tell us a little about your property.

  • What happens after I sign up?

    1. We’ll review your information and contact you via e-mail to make sure all the information provided for our search engine is correct.


    2. We’ll set your property live and send you an email to review and confirm that the information of your listing is accurate.


    3. We’ll set it live to all the BOOKING DIRECT Club Members around the world.

  • I’ve submitted all my information, but I haven’t heard from you yet. What’s going on?

    Don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your information and will contact you soon.

  • Can I make changes to my property listing and incentives offered?

    Once your listing is live, you can update your details, discount or incentives offered at any time via email. Changes in the discount or incentives offered to BOOKING DIRECT Club Members will take effect within 7 days of your notification.  Changes will not affect to reservations done prior to the change in our website.
