    Sign up is easy! All you need to do is submit your contact details and tell us a little about your property.

  • What happens after I sign up?

    1. We’ll review your information and contact you via e-mail to make sure all the information provided for our search engine is correct.


    2. We’ll set your property live and send you an email to review and confirm that the information of your listing is accurate.


    3. We’ll set it live to all the LTG VIP Club Members around the world.

  • I’ve submitted all my information, but I haven’t heard from you yet. What’s going on?

    Don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your information and will contact you soon.

  • Can I make changes to my property listing and incentives offered?

    Once your listing is live, you can update your details, discount or incentives offered at any time via email. Changes in the discount or incentives offered to LTG VIP Club Members will take effect within 7 days of your notification.  Changes will not affect to reservations done prior to the change in our website.

To be included as a Premium Accommodation in LTG VIP Club you need to offer to the Club`s Members that book directly through your official website, a cash-back in the form of LTG-Coins. You can offer too gift certificates to be spent during their stay on food and beverages or services and facilities available in the accommodation. If your accommodation doesn't offer such services you can opt to offer to our Club`s Members the value of the credit as gift certificates for external services (tours, activities, restaurants, etc.). In addition to the cash-back you can also offer to our Club`s Members, other extra incentives, some subject to availability, for example: room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out.

Other examples of incentives may include: 

  • Assignment of the best room in the category booked.
  • Free breakfast.
  • Welcome lunch or dinner.
  • Welcome fruit basket or bottle of wine, or cava, upon arrival.
  • Discounts on meals and drinks, meeting rooms, spa or any other hotel facilities. 
  • Free Wifi or parking. 
  • Credit to be used for hotel services. 
  • Free tours or excursions.
  • Free or discounted transfer from airport.
  • Changes in the reservation or cancellation without charges if made in advance, etc.. 
  • Or any other incentive that is convenient for you.

HOTEL OR ACCOMMODATION - Free Insertion Request

  • I declare that I have full representation and authorisation to include the hotel/property in LT Group website and to offer the cashback and incentives specified above. 
  • I understand that any change or cancellation of the cashback or incentives offered to LTG VIP Club Members has to be communicated to LT Group with a minimum of 15 days notice via email. 
  • No ammendments or changes will be implemented without an email notification.
  • Changes or cancellation will not affect previous confirmed bookings.
  • LT Group and its authorized agents are not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in information provided by the suppliers.
All properties are ultimately reviewed by a LT Group representative. 

For LTG VIP Club Members, this means that all accommodations options are pre-curated; in other words, LTG VIP Club is selecting for you from the best hotels, resorts and other luxury lodgements in the world, and providing the best value, accommodations, and experiences possible, regardless of where you want to travel. All of this, including properties’ exclusive amenities, can only be accessed by been a LTG VIP Club Member.
